Radical Changes in How Leaders Think and Act

These offerings produce radical changes in how Kingdom-minded leaders think and act about the Kingdom, the apostolic, ministry, and local church. Topics include implementing the blueprint of heaven, preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and advancing the Kingdom culture.

Additional outcomes from engagement with the Academy include:

Affirming leaders in their identity and in their assignment.
Creating relationship-based opportunities for established leaders to disciple, mentor, coach, equip, train, and befriend emerging leaders.
Supporting emerging apostolic and prophetic leaders to 1) fulfill their God-given purpose, 2) preach the Gospel of the Kingdom, and 3) advance Kingdom culture.
Creating an alumni community of “graduates” from the Academy who provide mutual support and resources for emerging leaders.

This exclusive six-week cohort, led by Dr. Greg Wallace, is designed for senior marketplace and ministry leaders who are called to establish Kingdom culture in the environments they influence. Through weekly Zoom sessions and practical application, participants will develop the mindset, tools, and strategies needed to activate apostolic leadership within their sphere of influence.

The result is a leader who not only understands the apostolic, but who can effectively align people, shift culture, and inspire transformational outcomes that advance the Kingdom.

Implementing the Blueprint of Heaven Equipping Videos

A self-paced video series on the Blueprint’s three-step framework.

Kingdom-minded leaders are called to expand the Kingdom of God and increase the expression of His will on earth. The Blueprint of Heaven equips leaders to cultivate people who can fulfill that calling.

In this video series, leaders will learn to implement the Blueprint’s three-step framework: creating a supernatural environment where God’s presence is welcomed, developing mature sons and daughters through mentoring and discipleship, and activating them to establish Kingdom culture and influence their spheres of impact.

Participants will gain practical tools for developing people, strengthening Kingdom culture, and advancing God’s purposes wherever they lead.
