Linda Wallace is an apostolic leader and executive mentor devoted to equipping high-capacity women to lead from identity, wholeness, and sustained clarity. With over two decades of global influence across ministry, academia, and leadership development, she is known for cultivating transformational environments where women realign with purpose and expand their impact. Her work is both deeply spiritual and strategically grounded — positioning women to flourish in every sphere they are called to influence.
Biography
Linda Wallace’s life work is empowering women through love. She nurtures, encourages, and mentors them to be the best version of themselves. She does this free of judgment in small kitchens and packed-out conferences, in flight queues and via Zoom, during trials and during triumphs.
Many women have mentors, but it is vital to have a covenant partner who can guide you in your relationships, your career, and your passions. Linda does this with a purity of heart. Her mission is that women of all ethnicities and backgrounds live confidently from their beloved identities.
Linda’s core belief is that women are integral to every thriving society. They are the epitome of strength, love, sacrifice, and courage. The role of women in today’s world has changed significantly, from stay-at-home mothers to CEOs. Modernization and the advent of technology are accelerating the rate at which this is happening.
As opportunities for women in general soar, so do the hopes of individual women. As a result, women have established themselves in business, government, education, media, athletics, and every field of endeavor. Linda recognizes that the key to sustaining this change is raising a generation of women who know who they are and who are loved for who they are.
To reach a generation, Linda travels extensively, sharing her message that women have intrinsic value wherever she goes. She is supported by A Company of Women, a global community of women leaders she founded in her living room more than 20 years ago.
For more than 20 years Linda has equipped, empowered, and encouraged women to be the best version of themselves. She has done so in a variety of ways. She is also a certified leadership coach trusted by dozens of individual women to help them achieve their own definition of success.
Linda created a nationally accredited Women Leaders program at an online Christian university. It was a one-of-a-kind master’s level program for a Christian seminary in that it equipped women for leadership in every aspect of society, not just ministry. She is the author of I Am a Daughter — a compelling and powerful booklet that helps women gain insight into the Father’s love for them.
Linda is also a speaker and trainer who has enabled and inspired women in all parts of the world from Asia to South America, from Africa to Aruba, and from Atlanta to Amsterdam.
She recently launched The Rest Experience for C-suite female executives.
No doubt these are diverse ways of equipping women for success. But each is powered by relationship. By being relational, Linda is able to establish points of connection that help each woman to live confidently from her identity and to discover her unique path to drama-free success.

Linda utilizes three steps to strengthen a woman’s sense of security about who they are (wholeness).
Develop whole women by helping them to discover their whole, unique and powerful selves and motivating them to sustain wholeness.
Develop whole women to leadership by mobilizing them to impact communities and society through face-to-face mentoring relationships.
Prepare and equip future generations to impact women through mentor relationships.
Restorative Experiences
There are moments when the heart recognizes what the schedule hasn’t: that stillness is needed, that something sacred is near, that now may be the time to soften.
The Rest Experience in Aruba was created for exactly that. To support the discernment process, a gentle activity has been added — a way to begin imagining what rest might truly look and feel like.

Linda has been invited to speak in a variety of locales and in a variety of settings. She is highly sought after as a speaker on cultivating the presence of the Holy Spirit, personal identity, and women’s empowerment.
