Dr. Greg’s work is built upon five core pillars that reflect not only his gifts, experience, and expertise, but also the passions and assignments God has entrusted to him. Guided by his “2x4 Principle” that what God calls us to, He also equips us for, these pillars represent the primary ways he invests in leaders and advances Kingdom purpose.
Together, the five pillars are designed to strengthen leaders, cultivate Kingdom culture, and support the ongoing reformation of the Church. This reformation is not about abandoning foundational truths but about aligning structures, leadership, and practices with God’s present purposes while preserving His timeless principles. The ultimate objective is to equip and activate the Saints to fulfill their God-given assignments, expand the influence of the Kingdom, and increase the expression of God’s will on earth as it is in Heaven.
01
The Blueprint of Heaven
The Blueprint is a three-step framework for cultivating Kingdom-minded people who can influence culture and advance God’s purposes wherever they live, work, serve, and play. It begins by creating a supernatural environment where the presence, power, and anointing of God are welcomed and sustained. It continues through intentional mentoring, discipleship, and spiritual formation that develops mature sons and daughters of God. The process culminates in the activation and release of these leaders to establish Kingdom culture, demonstrate Kingdom values, and increase the expression of God’s will within their spheres of influence.
02
Apostolic Leadership Development
Apostolic leadership is about more than leading people. It is about establishing Kingdom culture. While traditional leadership development focuses primarily on managing people and achieving results, apostolic leadership equips leaders to shape values, influence behaviors, and transform environments. Dr. Greg helps leaders in ministry, business, education, and the nonprofit sector increase their impact by learning how to cultivate Kingdom culture and inspire lasting transformational change.
03
Kingdom Culture
While much of the world’s attention is directed toward fixing broken systems, Dr. Greg helps leaders focus on the deeper work of cultivating a culture rooted in Kingdom values. He defines culture as the shared values, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that shape an environment. This pillar equips leaders and believers to understand the importance of Kingdom culture, their role in establishing it, and the practical steps required to strengthen it. As Kingdom culture grows, so does the ability to influence people, shape environments, and advance God’s purposes.
04
Apostolic Governance
Many pastors have made the shift from a pastoral model of ministry to an apostolic model of ministry. Few have made the corresponding shift from pastoral administration to apostolic governance. Dr. Greg equips administrators and executive leaders to work alongside senior leaders in aligning both management and ministry with apostolic mission. This pillar focuses on creating the structures, systems, and governance practices necessary to support apostolic vision, strengthen organizational health, and establish environments where Kingdom culture can flourish.
05
Transformation
Pastors who adopt an apostolic mindset may know how to articulate their ministry’s new apostolic destiny, but they may not know how to equip the people or change the systems that will enable the ministry to get there. Dr. Greg has the experience and change management expertise to help these leaders transform their ministries into apostolic powerhouses. And for leaders who are called to transform society, Dr. Greg has developed a social transformation framework that helps these leaders launch movements, mobilize communities, and create sustainable cultural change that advances Kingdom purpose.
