Dr. Greg Wallace is a pioneer in apostolic leadership. His unique emphasis on strengthening culture and working collaboratively helps marketplace and ministry forerunners build structures that can sustain growth without losing spiritual authority. A key part of his work is designing governance, leadership, and organizational frameworks that carry spiritual authority, relational trust, and operational complexity at the same time. Greg is a former Chief Operating Officer, Chief Academic Officer, administrative pastor, Fortune 500 executive, and board president. These experiences uniquely qualify him to cultivate apostolic leaders, strengthen Kingdom organizations, and transform culture.

The Kingdom of God
Dr. Greg recognizes that God is doing a new thing — establishing Kingdom culture by not only equipping saints but also releasing them to perform their own ministries, i.e., continuous acts of service. Thus, he prioritizes expanding the Kingdom of God, not fixing earthly systems.
The Apostolic
Dr. Greg moves beyond this thinking. He shuns the use of apostle as a noun or title and focuses on the apostolic as an action-oriented verb. Simply put, being apostolic means being sent by God to establish Kingdom culture in the environment to which we have been sent. Thus, everyone can be apostolic — not just those who have been commissioned, ordained, or appointed to be an apostle.
Ministry
Dr. Greg recognizes that Jesus gave these gifts as serving gifts, not leadership gifts. These gifts are to be exercised in service to the saints — equipping them to perform works of ministry — and in service to the body of Christ building itself up in love.
Local Churches
Dr. Greg teaches that the four walls of the church should come down. Local churches should understand that they are individual members of the body of Christ with a part to play to grow the body. Tearing down the walls also means that when “members” of a local church have a need that is not being satisfied at their local church, they may seek to satisfy that need elsewhere in the body of Christ, e.g., from another local church.
